Refund & Shipping Policy

At Ogopogo Surf Club, we design our products to inspire adventure and connection with the outdoors. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Returns Policy

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
Once the item has been returned to our workshop and inspected, we will process a refund to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at returns@ogopogosurfclub.com and include:

Your order number.
The item(s) you’re returning.
The product(s) or size(s) you would like in exchange.

Items eligible for exchange must also be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping Processing Times & Costs

Orders are processed within 36 hours of being placed.
Shipping type and associated costs are determined by the customer during checkout, based on current market pricing from shipping providers.
Standard shipping orders are sent via Canada Post on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Expedited shipping orders are processed immediately.
UPS shipping is available and picked up on demand.
